Emailing entire tasklist

I wanted help on how I could email my entire task list to my co-workers at the end of the day so they can see what is outstanding and what has been done. With 20+ tasks I do not wish to attach each individual task just the entire list.

Export the task folder to a new file and email that?

Or select the items from the list and drag & drop those into the mail or in
a zipped folder.
