You can't - put all the files in the folder into a zip file and email that.

Please be more specific about what you want to do. Your Outlook version

How do I do it?

Which folders, Outlook or Windows? If the latter, get a Zip program, like
UltimateZip (http://www.ultimatezip.com/) or InfoZip
(http://www.info-zip.org/), zip them up and email the result. If the
former, make a copy of the PST and email that. You might have to change the
file type or zip it up as well.
