Emailing Frontpage 2003 Form information

Hi all

I am relatively new to Frontpage and I have created a customer comments form
that is emailed to me when the customer has selected some values from various
drop down lists. For instance I ask them "Were staff courteous?" and they
select an answer between 1 and 5 from a drop down list according to their
level of satisfaction. Now when submitted the information is emailed to me
OK but the information is in the form D1: 5 (assuming the response was 5).
Is there any way I can add information to this emailed file so that it read
something with a little more meaning such as: Were Staff Courteous? 5.

I have tried simply changing the field name for the drop down list but is
this the best solution? I would appreciate any help or guidance.

Kind Regards

Jamie

Rename your form field from D1 to say: Were_staff_courteous
- note there are no spaces allowed in form fields
