emailing presentations

How do I email a PP presentation in its final form to people... and what if
they don't have PP themselves?

Depends on what you mean by final form. If you mean a show that will open
in a slide show when the double click on the icon, then File | Save As | and
change the file type to PowerPoint Show. See:

It is a nice thing when e-mailing a PPS (PowerPoint Show file you created
above) to also send a link to the viewer in case the recipient does not have
PowerPoint installed. By loading this, they can watch the Presentation.
