Emailing with large attachments

I have an email with an 8MB attachment (a pdf file). My ISP has a limit of 5MB, and we are on broadband. Is there any way to split up the email to send in smaller packets? IN outlook express i could do it but not sure about outlook.

Better is to compress it with a program like WinZIP or WinRAR. These
programs also allow you to split the file.
