Emails are bouncing

I have two email accounts that are routed to my microsoft outlook. They both appear to be receiving email just fine. However, the primary account that I want to send my email from does not work. That is to say that every email I try to send with my primary account set as the default imediately causes a message to appear in my inbox that sais, " 553 sorry, that domain isn't allowed to be relayed thru this MTA (#5.7.1)

If you can offer any suggestions I would be very appreciative
