emails flying in all directions

On Outlook 2002 when sending off over 5 emails they appear
to get mixed up. The person to whom I email gets their
message plus one or two for other people I have emailed.
I appear to have sent the wrong message to them, look
stupid and it can be downright embarassing at times.
