Emails with no subject or body

Someone keeps sending me emails without a subject or
body, just the header. This causes outlook to fail in
deleting the messages from the server. I think they are
being sent maliciously, because when I contacted the ISP
who manages my email, they said this was happeneing a lot
and they believed it was an attempt to disrupt Outlook
users. I am currently using Eudora to delete these emails
but I would like to know if a solution exists in Outlook
to deal with these pests! I don't like Eudora much and
it's a darn pain to have to use both!
