embed an mpeg for an auto-run presentation??

I can't seem to figure out how the heck to make an mpeg embeded so I can send
a link to an auto-run that doesn't need the file also?

can anybody help???

Movie files are always linked, never embedded.

If you are interested in sending a single file (even if it is fairly large),
then look over:
**Make a standalone EXE that runs a PowerPoint presentation
