Embed AND/OR statements in customize filter

Does MS project let you embed and/or statements in the customize filter screen?
any help will be apprecited, thanks

Project/Filters/More Filters...
You may create or edit any filter you may wish. It is possible to combine
AND and OR logic into the filter.
