Embedded excel sheet graphics not showing in word or internet expl

Hi there

My client has been using word documents with embedded excel sheets for some
time but they have suddenly stopped showing. What we get now is an {EMBED
Excel.Sheet.8} message where the excel graphic used to be. Other users in the
office can view the documents as normal. As far i know nothing has changed
and i cant find much help on the web. I can right click on this message >
goto worksheet obeject & click open and i can see the excel file but this
isnt much use like this.

Funnily enough when i was searching on the web for an answer to this problem
i can across a webpage which supposedly had embedded excel docs in it but the
same sort of {EMBED.Excel... } message was showing.

Any help appreciated.

In Word, press Alt+F9 to switch between display of field codes
(what you see now) and field results.
