Embedded spreadsheet in Word changes appearance

When linking part of a spreadsheet into a Word document, there are different
displays in the Word document from user to user. For instance, the font
appears to be much larger for one personan than another. Consequently, for
those having the font appear larger, the data doesn't all display. I
originally suspected this might be a printer driver issue since it's not
consistent from user to user ??

Couple of thoughts;

Are all displays set at the same resolution?

Do all users have the same fonts installed?
