embedding a Flash file in a word created web page

Good afternoon
Can anyone advise how this can be done using Word as your html editor? I
have done it in the past but cannot remember how!

One way:
Bring up the Control Toolbox (Right-click a Toolbar to find it in the
Toolbar list)
Click on more Controls
Scroll until you find Shockwave Flash Object
Drag out spot for it on your document

Thanks for this .. but not sure what is meant by 'drag out spot for it on
your document' ... sorry to be thick

You just click the the shockwave Flash Object in the list. then, move the
mouse pointer over the docuemnt and drag to "draw" the SFO. Then, you can use
the Properties button on the Control Toolbox tell Word exactly what Flash
Object you are going to use.
