embedding music in a PP presentation

I have just prepared a PP presentation which includes background music inserted the normal way from a file and being asked to play automatically.

The problem I ran into is that if I send it to someone else or to another of my computers, the presentation opens, but the music, not.

My suspicion is that because the other person or computer does NOT have the music file needed, it will not play. Am I right?

If so, is there anyway of embedding the music in the presentation so it can be played music and all in another place?

Thanks much.

This should help:

Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or
email a presentation
