Employee Reviews Pulled by Date Range

I think what you are trying to do would have better
results if you did it in Access.

You could then set up and run a query based on the
timeframe you require to search and then have the data
sent to a form that you have created in Report format.

If you really have to keep it in Excel I would suggest
using the data filter (Data Menu) highlight your column
of dates and click on Data>Filter>Advanced Filter and
then set up the link to wherever you want. You could
design your report on an Excel Worksheet or have it
linked to a Word Document.

Hope this helps.

I've set up a spreadsheet with employee names, start
date, and dates for their 30 day, 60 day, 6 month and 12
month reviews. The review dates fill in automatically
based on the start date. There are times when a review is
postponed, so I also have columns next to each review
date to show "Postponed until:". When there is a date in
a cell in that column, the following review dates are
moved up automatically. What I need to do now is find a
way to pull a report that will list employees that are
due for a review within a certain time range - such as
07/15/04 through 08/14/04. Does anyone have any ideas?
