You can create or purchase a spreadsheet/add-in for
Excel as one choice if you're looking to do this
in MS Office (for example you can download
a Black-Scholes spreadsheet for excel here

You may want to consider one of MS's accounting/business
packages for fund administration if its for a larger
need,

but probably a good thing to check with your
accounting firm to see what they say is needed to
meet regulatory requirements for a fund administration.
