Empty email....Message is revealed only upon reply-to

Hello All,

I've got a strange problem. Scenario is Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003
Server. Email received from a customer seems to be blank. Without test.
But If I make a replay-to text appears in the message.

I've checked encoding and it's ok. There's a trick?
