empty leftover contacts folder in the GAL

After switching from a PST file to an exchange email box in outlook, the
personal folders were removed.
When opening the GAL though, there are two contacts folders - one is blank.
How do I remove it from the list?

Do you mean in the Outlook Address Book or actually in the GAL? And in what version of Outlook?
