Enable Disable Macros

Is there anyway to get rid of the Outlook enable, disable
macros error popup dialougue box when you use an Outlook
form not developed by microsoft?

HELP!

Who developed the form is irrelevant. You will always get this message with unpublished or one-off forms on Outlook clients that predate the Email Security Update. The solution is to properly publish the form. See http://www.slipstick.com/dev/formpub.htm#oneoff

Can you help? How do I properly publish the form? Is it
too late for appointments already created? Can they be
converted?
