Enabling a Disabled Item

I recently installed the Covey Plan Plus for Outlook.
Once during loading I got a message saying there was a
loading error and was disabled. How do I enable Plan
Plus within my Outlook again. The error message that
informed me of the disabling told me to simply enable it
when outlook opened, but I cannot find where to do this.
