Enabling Frames in Front Page 2000

Help!

I am using a version of Office 2000 Premium that should
include frames in it's version of Front Page 2000. The
same version of Office Premium 2000 installed on my other
computer supported frames. To add to the problem, the IE
6.0 browser seems to not support frames. Is this the
problem? Is there a way to enable frames on this browser?

FP supports frames.
IE 6 supports frames.

Could you tell us a little more detail?
