Outlook should provide encryption/signing options on a per contact
basis, rather than a global on/off option. I have some contacts I want to
send encrypted mail and some I don't. I do not want to have to drill down
three levels in a menu to send encrypted mail, nor do I want to have to click
off a box every time I send to a contact without encryption.
This has been suggested before. Why hasn't it been included in Outlook 2007???
If anyone knows of a way to do this, please let me know. Suggestions on
email clients that handle this better are welcome, too.
