End date Report

So I work in product development and my project tracks usually consist of 5
summary tasks. They are: concepts, r&d, sourcing, formula/clincal testing,
and creative.

I want to build a custom report that shows the following

name of track
concept summary task (end date)
r&d summary task (end date)
Sourcing summary task (end date)
Formula/clinical testing (end date)
creative (end date)

I want this to be a report that I can save that I can print it out weekly
for the developers. This way they will be able to know what date they need to
be done with that summary task and on to the next.

Rather than an MS Project generated report, I think you can get by with a
filtered view. See if this works for you.

Gantt View
In the filter drop down, select summary tasks
Make sure the columns Name and Finish appear to the left most columns
You can drag to divider between the graphic and column sides of the view to
cover all the other columns
Adjust the Gantt chart scale as needed.
Print.

If you want to get more specific, instead of the Summary Tasks filter,
insert a Flag1 column. Change the value in Flag1 to "yes" for only the rows
you want to show in your report. Autofilter the Flag1 column to "yes". Print.

Another alternative is keep the Name/Start/Finish columns together, and
filter as needed (above). Copy the block of cells. Paste Special... into an
e-mail, Word, Excel...
