enter network password box keeps appearing

Over the past few days, the "Enter Network Password " box keeps appearing . I
have tried resetting the passwords for my 2 e-mail accounts , both with and
without the firewall enabled. I have recently installed Panda Titanium
Anti-virus.

Any suggestions
