enter network password

For the last few weeks, I have been getting a dialog box
titled "Enter Network Password". This box has my user
name and password entered in the box; however, I still
have to place a check in the box marked "save this
password in your password list". I have over 14 e-mail
accounts that I have to do this with 4-5 times each day.

What can be done to stop this from popping up?
