I also have this problem. I am running Outlook 2002 on an
XP platform.
The Microsoft knowledge base provides a solution for
Winodws 95/98, Windows NT4.0 and Windows 2000 - but no
solution for XP. The solution can be found as KB290684.
Can anyone help?
