Enter Network Password

The box 'Enter Network Password' has started to appear frequently on my
screen. I just click Cancel & it goes away & everything works fine, so it is
not a big problem, just a nuisance.

I have been through Tools\Accounts several times, but it still happens.

Any ideas?
