Enter start and end date in DD/MM/YY hours:mins

I am trying to create a 1 day plan and I want to display the Start Date and
End date in hours:mins (for instance, the first task starts at 06:15 AM, the
next one at 07:12, etc.) and the same with the end tasks. I have changed the
schedule in the Tools-Options menu to display everything in minutes but that
still does not help with the start and end date that remain in showing in
days (07/14/2005 for instance) instead of the actual time.

Anyone can help?
