entering carriage return in bookmark

I have a user form which asks a question and then inserts a line of text
depending upon the response. However i want to create a blank line after the
text for one of these entries how do i do this

It would be much easier to give an accurate response if you included the
code that you are using, but assuming that it is

ActiveDocument.Bookmarks("bookmarkname").Range.InsertBefore "your line of
text"

use

ActiveDocument.Bookmarks("bookmarkname").Range.InsertBefore "your line of
text" & vbCr
