Enterprise Resource not showing in Build Team List

When using the Build Team from Enterpise and Open
Enterprise Resource Pool, I have notice a few resources
that do not appear in the list. These resources are
active and appear in the drop-down list in PWA "Manage
Users"; however, when I look in the Resource Center they
do not appear.
In PWA they are "active".

Any thoughts on what is causing this?

What you see in the dropdown under manage users includes all resource in the
enterprise resource pool AND all users with accounts on the server who may
not be in the resource pool. In other words, you can have a logon account to
the server without being in the resource pool, such is typically the case
for executives. So, the first question is whether the user you're seeing in
the dropdown is also in the pool. To see the entire pool, in Project, go to
Tools > Enterprise Options > Open Enterprise Resource Pool. The resources
that display in the open dialog and the resource sheet when you checkout the
pool are in the pool.

I don't have enough information from you to hazard a guess here. It could be
anything from "you thought you did it that way" to a hiccup in the system.
Let's focus on fixing it. Try opening the enterprise resource pool and
adding the resources. If the windows accounts match the user windows
accounts already on the server, the system should automatically connect the
two.
