Enterprise Resource Pool locked

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to unlock the enterprise resource pool
after receiving an error while trying to open it up for editing?

I can open up the enterprise resource pool as read-only in MSPS 2003 but it
can't open anything up as read/write.

The error I received originally when opening up the resource pool was not
enough memory. I closed out of the there and rebooted and teh problem is
still there.

Hello Rob,

Have you tried to check-in your resource pool:
Admin / Manage Enterprise features / Check-in enterprise
