Enterprise Task Outline Code

I have been struggling to get a Task Level report with the
Enterprise Task Outline Codes included, no luck. Could
someone guide which are the appropriate tables to be
considered to join to get Enterprise Task Outline Codes.
Task level report with summary tasks is working fine but,
problem is getting Task Outline Codes on this report. Any
ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone attempted these reports, please help. Is it
better to use Enterprise Text fields for TASK instead of
Enterprise Task Outline Codes inorder to extract reports?
Please advice...
