Enterprise Templates tab missing

Does anyone know why the Enterprise templates tab would be missing from all
workstations connected to the Project Server? We can perform other server
related tasks normally.

I know this sounds like a stupid question, but have you actually created and
saved any enterprise templates? The tab won't appear until the first
template is saved.

If you have created one or more enterprise templates, then the tab would not
appear on any workstation where the user is not actually logged into the
Project Server. The connection to Project Server can be confirmed by
clicking Tools - Enterprise Options - Microsoft Project Server Accounts. In
the dialog box, there is a "Current Account" value listed directly below the
Add button. If the "Current Account" is listed as "My Computer", then the
user is not actually logged into Project Server, and won't see any
enterprise features, including the enterprise templates tab. Hope this
helps.

Thanks for the reply, Dale.

Yes. There are enterprise templates created. The tabs were available until
a few weeks ago, and now are not. I will confirm the settings that you have
mentioned. Any other ideas?

Thanks.

Could someone have deleted them by accident? Do they still show up in
Cleanup Project Server database?
