Entourage 08 creating sub-folder (withsubject as name) for incoming messages

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

For some reason, Entourage has decided to create a new sub-folder for each message that I receive in my MS Exchange supported account. The sub-folders appear empty. The actual message appears in the parent folder.

Does anyone know what is causing this and how I can correct the supposed problem?

This is a known problem and the only fix is to create a new Identity and let
Entourage sync back up to the serve.
