Entourage 2004 for the Mac and Date Field in Email Message Window

For the life of me, I can not find it in preferences or anywhere else. I
have used Netscape's email program for the last 5 years on Macs and the email
message header fields have:

Subject
From
Reply to
Date
To

In Entourage's email, the headers, only have:

Subject
From
To

How in the world to I get the date field listed on all of my emails??????
