Entourage 2004

All,
Thanks in advance.... I'm having a problem with a user that is switching
between two accounts. Entourage is quitting and attempting to send an error
report to Microsoft nearly every time it starts up in the 2nd account. The
primary account appears to be working fine. Anyone have any idea when I
switch to the second account and look at the calendar for example it would
quit out?
