Entourage and .mac email accounts

I am on a ibook G4, Office 2004. Entourage loaded my .mac email account as
an imap not a pop account and i have duplicate inboxes, deleted items, sent
items etc. How do i switch it to pop? Will i lose all my emails? Rules
seems to be acting strangely as well. Copies of the emails go to my
Entourage inbox AND to my Macmail Deleted Items - (bypassing the Macmail
Inbox for some reason) HELP anyone out there!

Try posting on microsoft.office.mac or microsoft.office.mac.entourage,
that's where the Mac experts are.
