Entourage default event color

Is there a way to change the default calendar event color in Entourage 2008? It defaults to a blue color and I would like to change it to the same category assigned color I have for the bulk of my work meetings.

It seems I can only change each event manually be changing the category color. I would love to have it default to this new color automatically upon event creation or acceptance.

There is no setting for default. I imagine you could create a script to
create a new event and assign a category to it. There are scripts now to
automatically set category.
