Envelope Font problems existing documents in Word 2007

I have read through the 6/26/2007 posting and have set my envelope address
font default using those directions; however, it only affects new documents.

How can I set the font default for the envelope address on exisiting
documents without setting it for each individual document?

When I open an existing document and go to envelopes the font default is
+Headings. When I create a new document from a blank the font default is
Times New Roman - which is what I want and set the envelope address font
default to.

Please help me resolve this very frustrating situation.
