envelope printing problems... print preview different size..

I have been trying to print & create an envelope 6.5 wide by 4.75 high. ( I
have done this before with an older version of publisher). I create this as
a custom envelope.. get it properly set up.. do a print preview and the
preview is a totally different size and longer vertically than horizontally.
The print does not get onto the 6.5 x 4.75 print area.. Please help..

In addition to Don's advice, you may do better setting up your envelope in
the Advance area of page setup.
