I have a user who is trying to print envelopes in Word 2003, to a HP 4050TN
using a envelope manual feeder tray. It pulls the envelope fine, but prints
nothing on the envelope. When i have another user log into the machine, it
works fine. I have tried printing to multiple printers as well with no
success. All the settings are the default and work for everyone one else.
Where in the profile does this keep this setting etc? I have deleted the
normal.dot file etc, deleted and readded the printer. I have also tried
logging the user onto a different machine with the same problem.
