Thank you Suzanne (and Beth, and TF). The Windows XP Compatibility Wizard
had corrected the problem. All seems repaired, corrected, and working
properly.

I cannot print envelopes/labels, nor change options/fonts; cannot even access
"labels" -- I keep getting the message: "This is not a valid measurement."
Also, I cannot change fonts (Format/Fonts/Fonts nor Font style: nor Size:
-- I keep getting the message: "This font style name does not exist." I'm
using Word 97 in Windows XP.
