Envelopes - Return Address - Graphic Printing In Wrong Location

Using Word 2007

When I set up the return address to include a graphic (i.e. logo), it's
printing the graphic in the wrong location.

I have tried both my way (simply adding a graphic next to the return address
and formatting the picture to have tight text so it falls in line with the
return address), and I've tried it the other way suggested from other users:
http://www.gmayor.com/Alternative_Return_Addresses.htm.

Using both methods ends in the same result: The graphic is printing but not
in the proper location.

If I were to print the custom sized envelope on a normal piece of paper the
graphic prints off to the top left hand corner (landscape) of the page, and
the rest of the envelope information (Return Address & Address) are in the
correct location as if the letter sized paper were an envelope.

When I print preview - it appears everything should print correctly.

Any suggestions? I'm certain I'm making an obvious mistake.

Thanks for your help!

Don't use a custom envelope size. Use a standard envelope or paper size and
make up the difference with margins.
