Envelopes

Just purchased Publisher Deluxe...I only see 2 size
options for envelopes (3-5/8 x 6-1/2 & #10 Legal). I
need 4-3/8 x 5-3/4 at least...surely there are other
options. Am I missing something? Thanks!

After managing to set up OE-QuoteFix on his new PC, Ed reads a message

I believe Publisher takes its envelope sizes from the printer driver -
updating that might help
You can always make a Custom page size, though
