eps files

eps files do not insert in word 2003. Either a dialog box
is displayed to cho0se a conversion option after which a
message is displayed that it cannot be converted, or a
blank screen appears. Operating system we are using is
Windows 2000. A complete install of Office 2003 was done
which included all the graphic filters.

Look in the folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\Grphflt. Do you see a file named EPSIMP32.FLT?

You could consider using our (commercial) ps2vector software to batch
convert your EPS files to Windows Metafiles (WMF or EMF), which are
natively supported by Word. Typically used to bring graphics like
engineering drawings into your docs as scalable and editable
illustrations.
