Equation triggers Outlook installation

Whenver I edit my equations or start up a new one, I always have a windows
pop up saying "window installation". If I let it continues, it will start
install outlook in to my computer (I use OE instead of outlook).

I need to cancel it twice to get into the equation editor.

Any idea?
