errer - unable to display

I am running XP with office 97. Irecently bought an iPAQ
and installed OUtlook 2002. Now I have NO connection to
the internet -- error 0x8004060c and if I try to open any
folder -- conatacts in particular -- I get the
following --
unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could
not access the specified folder location. The folder no
longer exists.

I have reinstalled Outlook. I can see the names in
Address Book. I can see the messages in the Inbox but
once I try to go to contacts I can't see them again.
