Error 0x80040116

I get a message "The file ~outlook.pst could not be
accessed. Data error (cyclic redunancy check). Upon doing
a google search for the solution, it seems I need to run
a file called "pst2gb.exe". Does anyone know where to get
this file. Or another solution to this.thx.
