Error 0x80040154 Publisher 2002 on Win98 box

I'm hoping ya'll can help me out here, as I've searched the 'net for several
days, not finding an answer anywhere.

On one machine here in the office, running Win98SE, Publisher 2002 was
installed, and worked for a time with no problems. Now, when trying to
insert clip art in Publisher, the user gets the following error - "Clip
Organizer cannot complete the operation. Class Not Registered. Error Code
0x80040154".

All of the fixes I have found are related to W2K, and since there is no
administrator login for 98, are not applicable. Any (ANY!) suggestions and
help will be greatly appreciated.

It matters not if you have 98, your MDAC components need refreshing.

I had been to that page earlier, but wasn't sure about running it on the 98
