Error 0x80040813 during send/receive - Microsoft Outlook

I am unable to send/receive emails in Microsoft Outlook 2002 since deleting
unrelated files (or so I thought). Getting two different errors - the one
above when unable to receive and "error located in .....Outlook1.pst". Not
sure how to correct this!?
